Value Leadership Programme™
Udell Group work with the business leaders, senior managers and their teams. Through team alignment, we embed a One Team philosophy where the team operate together as a fully integrated team, focused on growing and transforming the business together, performing at the highest level.
Once the vision, goals, strategic priorities, values and behaviours have been established, we work with business leaders and senior managers to help implement a change in focus and culture which cascades throughout the whole organisation.
By working with them and their teams to increase awareness and understanding of the business framework (shareholders, vision, goals etc.) and how their area, accountabilities and roles maximise their contributions to this. Together we develop and implement techniques and behaviours, which help them with the demands of their role and therefore enable them to embed the strategies into the business, thus achieving business and personal goals.
The programme can be standalone, or in association with Value Driven Alignment™. It is tailored to your business requirements with the absolute aim of increasing individual and business performance and shareholder value.

How does it work?
The process focuses on aligning the whole organisation behind the vision and goals by working with your leadership team on strategic priorities, challenges, ways of working, values and behaviours. We put a team into your business to identify what you are trying to achieve and implement a tailor made programme of work over a 3 month period.
The teams are taken through a series of modules, based on our proven methodology The Udell Matrix©, that are tailored to the nature and needs of your organisation. We work with and train the business leaders and senior managers so that the process can be deployed throughout the organisation with long term effects.
