How long will my CD take to arrive?
Orders will be despatched by 1st class post the next working day following the day you place the order.
Can I track my order or view my order status on-line?
You are not able to track your order online via our website, however if you have a paypal account the order status will be displayed there. All orders are despatched next working day via royal mail 1st class post. If you would like to confirm that your order has been despatched please email email@example.com
What are my options if my CD is faulty?
This should not be the case, however, if there is a problem with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and return to us and we will send a replacement product.
Can I have a VAT receipt?
YES please email email@example.com to request.
Do you have adequate security for my personal and financial information?
Our payment processing is dealt with my a specialist company called WorldPay (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland). Online transactions are dealt with by them through a very secure ecommerce system, encrypted with high security technology. Payment can be made by Debit Card, Credit Card, AMEX or PayPal. For large ongoing jobs, we may take direct debit or bank transfer in the UK.
Can I pre-order all 5 CD’s?
Yes your name will be added to a database and you will be informed as each CD becomes available and pay accordingly.
When will the other CD’s be released?
Our plan is to release CD 2 by mid – 2014, releasing further CD’s within 6-9 months of the previous CD release date.
