Our unique approach to business mentoring and coaching has been developed over 20 years by Laurence Udell and delivers amazing immediate and long term results.

We take individuals on a demanding and fulfilling journey. The technology and wisdom we use empowers individuals to perform at greater levels across all spheres of their life, bringing out untapped potential, resulting in ‘clarity of direction’ and the drive and spirit to achieve more than expected.

Typically the programme will last for 6 months. Laurence Udell will be your guide and sage leading you through a framework that has been created, applied, used and refined over the last 20 years (The Udell Matrix – The 4 A’s). It starts with helping you discover what meaningful and valuable success and fulfilment is for you and the impact this has on your major stakeholders (they will also be involved in this approach). The path will then be tailored specifically to you. You will then go through phases of Adventure, Awareness, Authenticity and ultimately Alignment. You will work with dealing and resolving your ‘real’ opportunities and issues in a very pragmatic, thought and emotional provoking way.

Through all of this you achieve your original goals (and more) as well as learning how to continue using this approach for yourself in the future.

So by the end of the approach you will have the drive, passion, skills and behaviours needed to successfully deliver your performance, business and personal goals whilst achieving long term personal fulfilment.
