Client Situation
- Business reorganised following arrival of new CEO and review and clarification of business goals and targets. Part of this reorganisation saw one business unit disbanded. Some individuals within business unit requiring coaching to support them in the disbandment and their transition to a new role
Our Role
- Having worked with business unit from its formation, we were asked to coach some individuals through the transition
- Supported individuals in providing specific deliverables to the business
- Established individuals’ goals, values, beliefs and behaviours
- Explored potential of each individual and appropriate career opportunities
Outputs
- In line with identified goals, one individual left organisation with a planned exit to pursue external business opportunity
- Another individual successfully coached through transition to establish significant role in new organisation, increasing exposure to key players, including CEO
