- Top UK Retail Group with £5bn+ turnover and operations in Europe, USA and Asia. Group experiencing considerable strategic and marketing change, putting extra pressure on senior managers running operations at same time as re-engineering customer offer and supply chain
Our Role
- Assisted Group HR Development Team in designing and delivering flexible coaching programme for top 200 managers, addressing business and personal issues arising from external consultancy review
- Formed and nurtured group of external coaches to run the programme
Outputs
- Programme designed and launched within four weeks
- Top 200 managers experienced the directional coaching sessions over the following 12 months
- Collaboration between external and internal teams successfully run and many managers went on to form longer term coaching relationships with their coach
- Raised the performance of three quarters of top managers by 25%
- Raised staff motivation figures by 20%
