Global Corporation Financial Services and Reinsurance Case Study

Client Situation

  • A US-based group of insurance, reinsurance and service companies specialising in the management of legacy and run-off insurance businesses and portfolios and an industry leader in claim resolution, reinsurance recovery and dispute resolution. The major issues faced were bringing together a new team under a new leadership (CEO) and changing the culture of the organisation from one of “tell” to one of engagement, ownership, accountability and alignment as a business, team and individuals. Therefore, the newly appointed CEO required support to address these issues and help create the foundations of a high performing, exemplary leadership team; aligning the Leadership Team behind the vision, goals and strategies of the business and understand how they could be more effective as a team

  • The team members were able to hold one another to account and work together with a relentless focus on delivery, leadership, management, relationships and ways of working
  • The team increased their impact and understood how to begin to create a culture of excellence throughout the rest of the organisation
