Client Situation

  • A US-based group of insurance, reinsurance and service companies specialising in the management of legacy and run-off insurance businesses and portfolios and an industry leader in claim resolution, reinsurance recovery and dispute resolution. Having worked with the CEO and the Leadership Team to help create the foundations of a high performing, exemplary leadership team, the Leadership Team required support in aligning the rest of the organisation behind the vision and strategy and creating a culture of excellence

Our Role

  • To deliver a Value Leadership Programme which inspired and engaged the whole organisation in understanding the vision, philosophy, goals, strategies and guiding principles of the business
  • To involve the whole organisation in agreeing how (as a business, team and as individuals) they could contribute further to the vision, philosophy, goals, strategies and guiding principles and how their roles could align behind these
