Susan Evans, Managing Director

Susan is a senior operator in business. Recognised as a strategic, financial and operational expert, Susan helps businesses realise their true net worth by identifying key factors that are contributing towards the present situation; be it their decline, stasis, sluggish growth, growing too fast to be sustainable.

By providing strategic direction, the necessary tools, skills and expertise needed, she works closely with the team to deliver on their vision and strategy and ultimately maximise the potential net worth of the business. Susan is a Chartered Accountant and Managing Director of Udell Group.
